Meeting Description: Boston Kite Night


Pilot a trainer kite on land. Don't be fooled by the name - trainer kites, although smaller than kitesurfing kites, are fast, powerful and a lot of fun to control! They simulate the mechanics of a kitesurfing kite and are a much safer way to begin.
We'll talk about the sport and what it takes to become a good rider
Setup, rig and tune a 9m leading edge inflatable kite for kitesurfing
Have all your riding, gear and safety questions answered

We will meet at Long Beach, Nahant, 8 miles north of Boston.

This will take you as far as the causeway. From here, continue until the divider ends and take your first possible left into the Tides Restaurant parking lot. Once in the parking lot, turn left and go to the entrance of the beach parking lot. Drive through the gate and see numbers on the ground as you are driving. Park at #8. Please plan on leaving some extra time for traffic.
